MoveIt4u was established in Australia in 2017 as an industry-based solution for streamlining the transport industry. As a 4PL provider, we develop and offer logistics solutions to facilitate and manage the supply chain process. In a 4PL model, an enterprise outsources the management of logistics activities and the execution across the supply chain. The 4PL provider typically offers more strategic insight and management over the enterprise’s supply chain.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our dedicated Customer Service team ensures smooth and efficient logistics operations, making us a trusted partner in the industry. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic office and help us maintain our high standards of service excellence by providing our Customers with outstanding support and resolving any issues related to their shipments and logistics needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, and promoting our 4PL transport and logistics. Our services include wharf transport, domestic and interstate transport, warehousing and distribution and cold storage and distribution.
ABOUT YOU
You will:
Be an integral part of our team, and must be able to work collaboratively
Be highly driven and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Have a friendly and empathetic nature and focus on providing exceptional customer service
Have an excellent phone manner, verbal & written communication skills and a positive attitude
Appreciate the important and dynamic role which technology plays in changing industries
Ideally, have experience in the logistics industry, but this is not a pre-requisite
Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management will be an advantage
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE
Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist customers with booking and tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering general logistics-related questions.
Coordinating with internal teams (operations, transportation, warehousing) to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services, rates, policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
