We're seeking a Customer Service / Office All-Rounder to join our team in Arndell Park. You'll support customer operations, streamline admin tasks, and help drive a tech-enabled business forward — especially as we automate repetitive tasks and roll out AI-powered systems.

💰 Competitive salary: $55k–$65k + super, depending on experience

🧠 About the Role
This is a diverse position with a strong focus on customer service and admin, but also a unique opportunity to work with systems and processes that make our business more efficient.

You’ll be working in a business that embraces automation and AI — where your input can help shape better systems.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Handling customer queries via phone, email and live chat

Investigating and resolving service issues

Managing bookings, changes and customer onboarding

Working in our CRM and scheduling tools (HubSpot, Wastedge, Google Workspace)

Identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce manual steps

Supporting general admin and other team members as needed

Has solid computer skills (Excel, Gmail, CRMs, cloud tools)
