Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Assist customers with product orders, technical support, and product information.

Preparation of quotations, submissions and follow up.

Processing of Sales Orders from order entry, dispatch to invoicing.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and technical support) to provide excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting (Construction or related industries) is a plus.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers in a clear and understandable way.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
