The Role

Due to growth, our client is seeking a strong administrator, who enjoys working in a smaller office environment, to come in as the office manager and admin support to join their firm, ideally with experience working in accounting.
Due to the requirements of the role, this position will be based in the office full time.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the accountants when required, ensuring documents are prepared.
- General office management.
- You will be the first point of contact for the business, whether this is face to face or over the phone.
- Maintain database integrity, ensuring this is kept up to date and accurate.
- Respond to client enquires in a professional and timely manner.
- Invoicing.
- Build strong relationships with clients and the internal team.
- Assist clients with their ASIC and ATO obligations.
- Ensuring relevant documentation is collated and prepared accordingly.
About You
- You will need to be a highly organised individual, able to manage multiple tasks.
- Pride yourself on your excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Enjoy working within an honest and friendly team environment.
- Ideally worked within an accounting firm previously.
- Work with a high level of attention to detail at all times.
- Be a natural problem solver.
- Pride yourself on your efficiency and naturally proactive style.
- Enjoy working in smaller office environment.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced role.
