About the role
Mackex Services is seeking a diligent and organised Administration Officer to join our team in Greendale, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our fast-paced operations.
What you'll be doing
Managing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Organising and maintaining office systems and records
Providing administrative support to the management team
Coordinating meetings and appointments
Assisting with data entry and processing
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Organising and managing training and authorisations for employees
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A positive and proactive attitude
