The Opportunity

An established and fast-growing organisation in the industrial equipment sector is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across key industries including oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, food processing, and infrastructure.

Backed by decades of expertise and a strong national footprint, the company is known for delivering reliable, high-performance equipment solutions that keep critical operations running. With a reputation for technical excellence, responsive customer support, and long-standing client relationships, they’re a trusted name across the industrial landscape.

Their product suite includes a range of capital and consumable equipment such as:

Air compressors and compressed air systems

Vacuum pumps and filtration systems

Industrial chillers, heat exchangers, and fluid cooling solutions

Process control equipment for temperature, pressure, and flow

Custom-engineered solutions designed to meet client-specific operational needs

What you’ll Be Doing

As part of a collaborative and commercially focused team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business while strengthening key accounts. This is an opportunity to work with best-in-class products, supported by a technical and service team who are as committed to your customers as you are.

Whether it’s supporting plant upgrades, process optimisation, or greenfield projects – this is a role for a BDM who thrives on adding value where it matters most.

About You

You’re commercially savvy, technically minded, and confident navigating complex sales cycles. A natural hunter at heart, you have a proven ability to build strong commercial relationships within technical and industrial sectors.

Ideally, you bring experience selling into one or more of the following industries: oil & gas, mining, heavy industry, food & beverage, manufacturing, or infrastructure.

You know how to build trust and long-term value in B2B relationships. Self-motivated and solutions-focused, you enjoy solving complex challenges and can comfortably operate across both strategy and execution.
