This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable industry leader in a customer-facing sales position. We require a Business Development Manager to complement our management team.
This is a Monday-to-Friday role with the occasional weekend or after-hours event.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for business growth through an effective sales strategy. This includes building key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing business opportunities whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Reporting directly to the directors, your diverse range of duties will include:
Your Responsibilities.
Develop new business opportunities
Responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable pipeline for the company by identifying and developing leads and opportunities with both new and existing clients;
Shape and maintain strong relationships with key contacts with new clients, especially targeting Leasing companies, Car dealerships, Large Corporations with fleets, Councils, plumbing, & electrical co-ops, etc.
reporting in line with company expectations including recording, tracking, and measuring all client interactions
Meeting with a minimum of 50 points of call per week.
Manage the smooth integration of new customers into the business systems and processes
Ensure and own client satisfaction
Ensure the sales goals and budgets are met or exceeded.
Take leadership in attending and presenting at external client meetings, internal meetings, and other company functions that aid business development;
Grow and develop relationships, both internal and external.
The Applicant:
You will be at the top of your game, polished, well-educated, immaculately presented, and moving upwards in your career. You will be an accomplished sales professional and you will be well-versed in both strategic account management and new business development. You will be capable of being persistent when seeing opportunities.
Mandatory:

Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment while maintaining flexibility to external and internal pressures.

Upon the completion of your 6-month proving period of successful business building a fully maintained company vehicle will be provided.
Incentives will take approximately 6 to 12 months to create & evolve, with the successful applicant should be making between $500-$5000 per month in bonus
