What You’ll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pre-shoot preparation including coordinating samples and shoot locations

Steam garments and ensure all items are shoot-ready

Help manage and organise samples/shippers before and after shoots

Provide general administrative support to the Shoot Producer

Support on-set during shoots as needed

Office support including ordering supplies, managing deliveries, and maintaining shoot kits

Helping to keep the studio and office space clean, tidy, and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For:

A keen interest in fashion, styling, or production

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive and reliable with the ability to multitask

A team player with a can-do attitude

Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce or shoots.
