About the role
This is a highly rewarding and dynamic role as Personal Assistant at Buyer Ambassadors', a boutique buyers agency in Leichhardt, NSW. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Principal Buyers Agent.
What you'll be doing
Managing the Principal Buyers Agent's calendar and schedule to maximise their productivity and availability;
Coordinating client meetings, inspections, and other key events;
Preparing client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail;
Conducting property research and compiling information for the Principal;
Liaising with buyers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Principal Buyers Agent;
Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the property buying process;
Assisting with company records and compliance requirements;
Manage the Company's social media pages and assist with content creation and other marketing needs.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a high-performing administrative role.
An individual who is super organised, thinks ahead in the schedule and is looking to evolve their role overtime into other parts of the business.
Someone who can problem solve and help develop and organise company processes.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. If you find yourself with over-the-top attention to detail and abnormal tendencies to want to get things just right the first time, you're fit in well!
A desire to be a part of the property/real estate industry but no desire to become an agent. This role is perfect who loves property but prefers to work organising the team.
An individual that is good with numbers and has a thirst for knowledge and the desire to understand things thoroughly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and also knows how to take initiative to get things done!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Canva. You must be able to undertake excel formulas at a reasonable level.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in the real estate industry.
The right candidate will need to have their Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) and drivers licence (and access to a motor vehicle). Please do not apply if you do not have these items.
Preference for a local living in Sydney's Inner West but not mandatory.
