About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Team/Personal Assistant who is confident, capable, and passionate about providing exceptional support. Responsibilities Include:
As a Team/Personal Assistant, your role will involve a broad range of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing proactive administrative support across the organisation, including assistance to multiple Accountant Managers
Supporting the wider administration team as required, contributing to a collaborative work environment
Performing general office duties such as scanning, filing, archiving, photocopying, and document binding
Managing electronic mail systems, including scanning, distributing, and filing digital correspondence
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining calendars and diaries for Accountant Managers
Greeting and directing clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience
Coordinating email and diary management, helping to streamline daily workflows
Monitoring and managing task flow to ensure job deadlines for Accountant Managers are met efficiently and accurately
Preparing client correspondence and documentation with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Maintaining well-organised physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval
Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders with discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills

High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable tone
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and requiring minimal supervision
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality, especially in handling sensitive client and internal information
Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong data entry capabilities
Adaptability and resilience, with a flexible mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure
Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role, with a track record of success and reliability
