Reporting into the Sales Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join IT Connect Aust' as an ICT Business Development Manager. Based in our Brisbane office, this full-time role will see you driving new business growth and developing strategic partnerships across Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Identify Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the ICT sector within Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Promote Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of IT Connect Aust's ICT solutions to clients.

Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and awareness of our products and services.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing key customer accounts and addressing their needs.

What we're looking for

Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in relevant field

At least one year of proven experience in business development within the ICT / Medical Technology sector.

Strong understanding of Technology products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Willingness to travel within Australia and the Pacific Islands as required.

Work experience in the Pacific Island countries will be an added advantage.
