Business Development Manager - Gold Coast & Brisbane
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to take the lead in a growing organisation? One of our valued clients are currently seeking a driven and results-focused BDM to spearhead both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing client accounts.

About the Role:
📍 Gold Coast & Brisbane Offices
💼 Permanent | Full-time
💰 $90K-$120K + Super + Commission | Company Vehicle, Laptop & Phone Provided
🕒 Monday to Friday | 38 - 40 hours per week | Paid lunch break
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across commercial construction and maintenance sectors (including Education, NDIS, and Childcare).
- Managing tenders, preparing quotes and winning contracts.
- Nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Updating and maintaining business software systems with client and project data.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in construction, trades, or facilities management).
- Strong quoting and tendering experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using business systems/software.
- Flexibility to travel across SEQ and to North Queensland on occasion.
- Current driver's licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check if required.
Bonus points for:
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children and NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
