Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Occasional travel will be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

· Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports.

· Represent Sky5 at industry events and conferences.

Experience:

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of the Building Maintenance and Height Safety industry.

· Previous experience in rope access and facilities management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience working with Tier 1 customers.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Willingness to travel occasionally.
