Roster: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Location: in office-Osborne Park

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard skilled tradespeople and professionals across diverse roles, Blue and White Collar Roles.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system.

Liaise with local and international candidates, supporting visa processes and relocations where applicable.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Assist with career expos, international seminars, and local networking events to promote ARRA Group.

Collaborate with leadership to refine our recruitment practices and align them with company objectives.

Propose and implement strategies that enhance the recruitment process and attract top talent locally and internationally.

Who You Are

An experienced recruiter or HR professional with a passion for innovation and growth.

A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for talent and a drive to connect people with opportunity.

A confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of workforce needs in the resources, energy, or construction industries is a plus. but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
