Experienced Recruitment Business Partner required for a six-month temporary contract.

We are seeking the expertise of an experienced recruitment business partner with extensive experience of partnering with hiring managers for both a corporate and white collar technical portfolio.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is an end-to-end role to commence immediately for a period of six months with a view to further extension.

You will be integral in securing top talent for the organisation and ensuring retention through understanding both the culture and the technical requirements.

Duties will include:

• Creative and proactive applicant attraction strategies, including the use of social media
• Developing future pipelines of talent
• Thorough pre-screening and verification of compliance essentials
• Shortlisting and interviewing
• Presentation of shortlists
• Coaching and developing hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
• Management of the offer stage and onboarding compliance
• Ensuring that processes are adhered to and that the Applicant Tracking System is updated in real time
• Provision of an exemplary service to applicants and continuous communication to manage expectations and maintain engagement throughout the process

To be successful in your application, it is a requirement that you are a citizen of Australia due to the requirements of the industry sector. You will be a career talent acquisition specialist with vast experience of managing complex recruitment processes and be able to demonstrate the retention of top talent engagement for future opportunities. You will be proactive in your approach and excel in both your written and verbal communication. This is a team-based opportunity where a high degree of service delivery commences at the start of each recruitment process.

An immediate start is required for this position and based South of the River a car will be required due to location.
