About you:

Experience supporting or liaising with customers.

Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

Confidence using technology and CRM systems.

Natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.

Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.

A growth mindset and commitment to positive customer outcomes.

Preferred availability for 38 hours per week

DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide frontline support to new and existing Kinatico customers via phone and email.

Assist with customer onboarding and product configuration.

Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure a positive experience.

Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to deliver customer success.

Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from our platforms.
