Our client a leading Mechanical Contractor is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator for their busy office in West Perth on an 8 days on 6 days off roster, working Wednesday to Wednesday. A unique opportunity for someone wanting a FIFO roster but working in Perth! This role is ongoing temp to permanent!

This role is starting ASAP – main duties include;

• Ensuring all tickets are up to date for the clients requirements and following up with contractors / Labour Hire if there is any discrepancies
• Uploading all compliance onto various portals including SuccessFactors and ERMS
• Working with Recruitment and Mobilisation team to organise medicals if required and any other compliance
• Booking in Face to Face inductions as well as online inductions for the contractors

Requirements for the role;

• Previous experience with compliance for shutdowns or project based works
• Previous experience with using SuccessFactors and various mining portal portals is an advantage

Details;

• $45 - $50 per hour depending on experience
• Hours of Work – Wednesday to Wednesday 6AM to 4PM or 7AM to 4:30PM – 8 days on 6 days off
