Position Title: Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator
Employment Type: Part-Time (Minimum 20 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in our Melbourne office
Start Date: August/September 2025 (negotiable)

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to join our team part-time. You’ll be working across a diverse mix of hospitality, lifestyle, and retail brands — planning content, creating engaging visuals, and helping our clients tell their story through strong digital strategy and scroll-stopping content.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll be behind the camera and on the editing bench — from filming on-site with professional gear, to cutting Reels in CapCut, and designing in Canva.

Key Responsibilities

Develop social media strategies in collaboration with clients and the internal team

Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for digital channels

Confidently operate professional camera and video equipment on-site

Edit content using tools like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve

Create supporting graphics and assets using Canva (or similar design platforms)

Manage social calendars and coordinate post approvals with clients

Stay across trends, platform changes and new creative tools

Represent the agency professionally in meetings, shoots, and client communication

Work independently and within a team to deliver polished, on-brand content

About You

Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation for social media

Proficient in shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, stabilisers, and audio equipment

Skilled in video editing software (e.g. CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)

Comfortable with Canva and other visual design tools

Great communicator with strong client rapport and time management skills

Creative, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

Willing to travel for shoots and be hands-on with clients when required

A passion for content, branding, and digital storytelling
