The Loan Room is on the hunt for a creative and driven Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to lead the charge in producing, editing and publishing standout content across all our platforms.

You’ll play a key role in building our brand through strategic, high-quality content that drives real results.

Your Main Focus: Content Creation

Take full ownership of our video content production, from concept through to publishing

Create, edit and deliver professional, high-impact video content for social media, podcasts, YouTube, email campaigns, digital ads, and events

Lead the charge in bringing our brand to life through short-form, long-form, and behind-the-scenes content that connects with our audience

Other Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

Publish and manage marketing campaigns (email, website, social ads) and track performance

Engage with our audience by replying to DMs and comments, nurturing a loyal and growing community

Design and produce graphics and digital assets for events, presentations and promotions

Assist with planning and promoting seminars, events and webinars

Maintain and update the website and our visual content library

Provide occasional administrative support to the Director for marketing-related tasks

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in content creation and video editing

A strong, up-to-date portfolio or showreel – this is a must

Confident capturing content on location, in the office, and in live settings

Deep understanding of content performance, social media trends, and platform strategy

Solid graphic design and writing skills to complement your content production

Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease

Great communicator and creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative team

Bonus: background in property, finance, or professional services
