Neonparty® is an Australian business that produces LED neon signs worldwide. We produce LED neon signs for businesses, events and home decor. We believe in celebrating both personality and individuality through art! We do this by producing both custom and pre-designed pieces. We sell neon signs on our 3 Shopify websites: AU, US and UK. Our point of difference is that we make all of our LED neon signs ourselves. In our Dandenong South office, we have a Showroom where visitors can view our neon signs, learn about our products and talk 1-on-1 with our neon designer. As we offer customisation, providing exceptional customer service is important to us. We're currently seeking a dynamic, creative and customer-focused Social Media Content Creator and Customer Service professional to join our team. This role involves a blend of video content creation, copywriting, social media management, and customer service.

About the role

As a Content Creator at Neon Party, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. You'll lead the creative direction, production, and editing. And Customer Service. This is a casual role, requiring you to work from our Office in Dandenong South, VIC, for 2 days per week.

Tasks & responsibilities

Video Content Creation: You'll be the star of our social media stage, filming and editing engaging content such as product demonstration videos, unboxing videos, TikTok Toks and Instagram Reels.

Video Editing: Use editing software to produce impactful videos

Social Media Account Management: Take charge of our social media accounts, ensuring consistent, trendy and captivating content that aligns with our brand.

Copywriting: Create social media captions, product descriptions, YouTube video descriptions and website copy.

Content Creation: Create eye-catching and informative images and graphics for social media and our website. Use Canva or Adobe to create this content.

Measure and Adapt: Analyse data to assess content performance and continuously refine our strategy for maximum engagement and impact.

Idea Generation: Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure Neon Party stands out.

Customer Service: Respond to customer questions we receive from phone, email and social media platforms to help us retain our reputation for fantastic customer service

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience in video content creation, specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels

Proficiency in social media content creation and account management.

Experience with Shopify is advantageous but not essential.

Customer Service experience

Adobe or Canva experience for content creation and video editing.
