Draw on your management experience and expertise in cafes, hospitality, and/or restaurant sectors, and act as the solutions-orientated Coordinator, in support of a respected and impactful Social Enterprise.
With the enterprise entering a new stage of renewal and growth, the Coordinator will have the opportunity to enjoy the growth and satisfaction that comes with enhancing performance and service offerings, contributing to development of the café/catering teams, and collaborating with a diverse frontline and back of house team.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate and optimise daily operations, events, and external catering.
Oversee workforce planning rosters, budgets, revenue optimisation, menu planning and procurement.
Contribute to the current growth of the brand via further identification and development of catering opportunities.
Lead, coach and inspire café and catering teams across two unique sites, whilst fostering an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment.
Work primarily from Tweed Heads HQ, with a company car available for Brisbane & GC stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Coordinator Must Haves:
Managerial experience in hospitality, café or restaurant sectors
Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent industry experience
A proven track record of business growth and team development
Demonstrated robust commercial and strategic skills
Full working rights in Australia
