The Role:
Join our vibrant sales team as a Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Manager, where you'll handle sales, quotes, and orders, meet targets, provide excellent customer service, and support exciting marketing initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Process quotations, and sales orders and coordinate fulfillment with the operations despatch managers.

Customer Service: Handle inquiries, provide product info, and resolve issues.

Sales Support: Assist with admin tasks, reports, quotes, and record maintenance.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock, update records, assist in counts and audits.

Marketing and Promotion: Support marketin, update website and social media.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries with despatch manager.

Administrative Duties: Perform office tasks, prepare reports, maintain documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven sales experience – nursery experience is an advantage

Exceptional teamwork and communication skills

Passion for horticulture and landscaping

Proficiency in office software and CRM systems

Attention to detail in order processing
