About Us
Simple Supply is a fast-growing, print and packaging company redefining how hospitality venues access high-quality, custom-branded products. With a new product line ready to scale and a loyal customer base behind us, we're now looking to take our brand and marketing to the next level.
The Role
We're on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and content creation across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to implement strategies for growth, while also owning the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to someone looking to grow into a broader marketing or brand leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content for email, social media, and PR campaigns
Collaborate with the MD on strategy and growth initiatives targeting local and national expansion
Drive Simple Supply’s brand voice, ensuring all communications feel cohesive and creative
Work with in-house designers to brief in graphics and visual content
Create email campaigns and automations (via Zoho CRM) that convert and retain customers
Help promote our new subscription product line and generate 30–40 new customer orders in the first 6 months
Monitor and report on performance metrics like customer growth, email engagement, and subscription signups
Work closely with our virtual assistants and graphic designer to coordinate campaign delivery and execution
What Success Looks Like
Confidently delivering brand-led marketing content with minimal oversight
Helping grow our customer base by 30–40 new accounts within 6 months
Contributing to an uplift in new subscription signups and repeat orders
Building a strong and recognisable brand across local hospitality venues
Demonstrating initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership
Tools You'll Use
Zoho CRM and Campaigns
Google Analytics
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (bonus if familiar, but not required)
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or coordination role (junior to mid-level)
Excellent written communication and content creation skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new platforms
Bonus points for experience with graphic design, paid ads, or copywriting
Comfortable working in a small team with big goals
