The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and structured team, where you’ll gain invaluable experience across all facets of leasing and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Entry Condition Reports, Routine Inspections, and Open Homes (midweek and Saturdays)
• Onboard new tenancies and assist in tenant communications
• Support Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and compliance items
• Liaise with prospective tenants and ensure seamless leasing experiences
• Work Monday to Saturday with a rostered day off midweek

What You'll Bring:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A reliable car and current driver’s licence
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised with the ability to multitask
• A confident, proactive approach to client service
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a career in property
• Previous experience in real estate (leasing, reception, or administration) is essential
