We are currently representing a leading real estate agency located in Sydney’s exclusive Eastern Suburbs. Renowned for their refined approach, premium service, and strong presence across high-end coastal and city-fringe markets, this agency is seeking an experienced and polished Sales Associate to support one of their elite agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with vendors and buyers, offering a seamless and professional client experience
• Maintain and update the CRM with accuracy, supporting ongoing prospecting and lead nurturing
• Handle all client enquiries and ensure timely, tailored follow-up communication
• Conduct buyer callbacks, property feedback, and qualification
• Coordinate all aspects of sales campaigns including marketing, signage, and vendor reporting
• Assist at open homes, private inspections, photoshoots, and appraisals
• Support the lead agent in preparing listing kits, presentations, and valuation documents
• Drive prospecting activity through letterbox drops, calls, and local engagement in the Eastern Suburbs market

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Associate or similar support role within real estate
• Proven ability to work alongside a high-performing agent with discretion and initiative
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
• Well-presented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, prestige-focused environment
• Available Monday to Saturday, with one rostered day off midweek
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
