About the Opportunity

This is an outstanding career step for a Sales Associate with 1–2+ years of experience who is now ready to grow under direct mentorship from one of the region’s elite agents. You'll work in a high-performing team environment, with the tools, structure, and support needed to advance confidently into a standalone agent role.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing buyer relationships and overseeing enquiry follow-up
• Assisting with property appraisals, listing presentations, and campaign preparation
• Coordinating marketing materials, property photography, and vendor communications
• Attending and managing open homes, private inspections, and auctions
• Maintaining and managing a structured CRM and prospecting database
• Conducting regular prospecting through calls, door knocking, and letterbox drops
• Preparing reports, buyer feedback summaries, and market updates for vendors
• Full involvement in end-to-end campaign support
• Monday to Saturday role (with a weekday RDO)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 12–24 months of experience as a Sales Associate or within a sales support capacity
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
• A polished and professional demeanour, with excellent communication skills
• A driven, proactive attitude with a passion for residential property
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
