Sales Associate – North Shore

About the Role

We are currently representing a highly regarded and experienced Real Estate Agent operating in Sydney’s prestigious North Shore property market. With a career spanning over 20 years in residential sales, this high-performing agent is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join their established team and contribute to their continued success across the Upper and Lower North Shore.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a seamless and high-touch service experience.
• Accurately manage and update the CRM/database to support ongoing prospecting and campaign activity.
• Handle buyer and vendor enquiries with professionalism and prompt follow-up.
• Conduct buyer callbacks and follow-up to facilitate ongoing engagement and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and support all aspects of active sales campaigns, including marketing, signage, and vendor updates.
• Assist at open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard.
• Participate in appraisals, valuations, photography, and listing preparation.
• Contribute to prospecting efforts including phone calls, door knocking, and letterbox drops across the North Shore market.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Associate within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to support a top-performing agent and manage competing priorities.
• Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Available Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week.
