The Opportunity

You’ll join a highly regarded team, supporting the leasing and property management departments while developing valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Entry Condition Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week.
• Host midweek and Saturday open homes, professionally engaging with prospective tenants.
• Schedule and carry out Routine Inspections.
• Assist Property Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a smooth handover experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• A reliable car and valid driver's licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• A natural ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in becoming a Property Manager.
• Prior experience in real estate—leasing or reception experience is ideal and sufficient.
