Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to Property Managers across leasing and property maintenance tasks
• Manage phone and email enquiries from prospective tenants in a timely, professional manner
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Prepare and complete condition reports (ingoing, outgoing, and routine)
• Draft and finalise residential tenancy agreements and lease renewals
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades, tenants, and landlords
• Manage advertising copy and online listings to ensure accuracy and presentation
• Ensure properties are presented and maintained in accordance with landlord expectations

About You

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• NSW Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A team player with a proactive and professional approach
• Desire to progress within property management and develop long-term industry skills
