Work alongside a technically savvy team, reporting to the GM, liaising with engineering, supply chain, and offshore partners.

What You’ll Do

Own and execute a national go-to-market strategy

Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B pipeline opportunities

Be the trusted technical advisor for complex safety compliance solutions

Manage digital channels including Shopify and omni-channel sales

Collaborate cross-functionally on custom engineered solutions

Lead RFP responses, tenders, and client presentations

Conduct site visits and build strong stakeholder relationships across Australia

What You Bring

Proven success in consultative B2B sales within industrial/manufacturing/engineering sectors

Ability to influence decision-makers from operational teams to C-suite

CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

E-commerce and digital sales channel experience advantageous

Skilled in solution selling, value-based proposals, and negotiation

Genuine passion for safety innovation and compliance standards

Collaborative, low-ego team player

Melbourne-based, ready for frequent interstate travel
