The business is looking for a Business development Manager Technical, a strategic leader with the initiative and skills to drive the business forward. Our team is enthusiastic, hands-on, loves the outdoors, works well together and has fun.

Skills & Experience required

> MBA in Management and technology,

> 5+ years’ experience in project management and product lifecycle management

> Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye to detail

> Strong technical understanding of heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems

> Extensive experience in product management and strategic planning

> experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in HVAC, automotive, or caravan-related industries

> Multilingual: Fluent in German and English

> Ability to work independently and travel as needed across Australia.

> Engineering or technical background (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC) is highly desirable.

> >Attend networking events to ensure key relationships are development and new business opportunities are developed to drive sales.

> Product expert on technical support, leading product training and demonstration

Identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and develop business strategies and execute accordingly.
