Shield Right is a fast-growing manufacturer, importer, and wholesaler, specialising in industrial safety equipment and PPE. We pride ourselves on delivering trusted, high-quality safety products to resellers and distributors across Australia.

We’re now seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help take Shield Right to the next level. This is a national role focused on expanding our reseller network, securing major accounts, and building long-term client relationships.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and winning new business through strategic B2B outreach

Developing long-term partnerships with resellers and key industrial clients

Maintaining regular contact with customers across all levels of business

Quoting for tenders and projects, managing daily orders with urgency

Driving revenue growth by exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

Weekly sales forecasting and CRM reporting

Attending tradeshows, conferences, and industry events

Strategising and implementing sales plans alongside senior leadership

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, ideally in PPE or safety products

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Strong CRM proficiency and ability to manage a dynamic pipeline

High-level presentation and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously with energy, initiative, and professionalism

A collaborative and strategic mindset
