The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in identifying and securing new opportunities, leveraging your extensive network, and cultivating relationships that drive long-term success. Whether you come from a deep-rooted industry background or a high-performance corporate sales environment, your ability to influence decision-makers and close deals will be the key to your success.
Your day to day will look like:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and connections
Build and nurture relationships with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that add real value to clients
Stay ahead of market trends, identifying areas for growth and innovation
Negotiate high-value contracts and drive successful long-term partnerships
About You
We’re searching for elite Business Development professionals - individuals who are natural dealmakers, confident communicators, and relentless in their pursuit of success.
This role is ideal for:
Industry Insiders: Experienced Business Development Managers with a solid network in freight forwarding, FCL / LCL, warehousing, transport and the ability to unlock opportunities others can’t.
Corporate Sales Experts: High-performing sales professionals with a corporate background, looking to break into a new, fast-moving industry where their skills and experience can truly shine.
Relationship Builders & Closers: Those with a strong commercial mindset, outstanding negotiation skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Salary & Benefits
$100,000 to $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
