· Event Coordination & Delivery

o Plan, manage and execute AWCI Australia events including the National Awards, member networking functions, state showcase events, and training roadshows as informed by member services.

o Liaise with venues, caterers, speakers, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.

o Manage event logistics, registrations, budgets, run sheets, and feedback surveys.

· Member Engagement

o Collaborate with State Advisory Committees to co-design and promote local events.

o Develop member engagement campaigns around each event, ensuring high participation and brand alignment.

o Work with the Membership and Communications teams to enhance the overall member experience.

· Sponsorship & Stakeholder Liaison

o Assist in securing and servicing event sponsors.

o Ensure branding, recognition, and sponsor obligations are met throughout events.

· Marketing & Promotion

o Coordinate event promotions via EDMs, social media, and the AWCI website.

o Create attractive invitations, graphics, and event materials in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.

o Capture content and feedback for post-event communication and reports.

· Reporting & Administration

o Track and report on event performance, member feedback, and KPIs.

o Maintain event planning documentation, databases, and calendars.
