About the Role:
As the Events Administrator, you will be the go-to person for managing our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of CEDA’s events—from preparing materials and coordinating logistics to assisting on-site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of data, customer service, and event delivery, contributing to impactful conversations on Australia’s most pressing policy issues.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Support (50%)
Manage the events inbox and phone line, responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.
Maintain and update CRM records, including registration changes and duplicate entries.
Collaborate with IT and internal teams to resolve website and CRM issues.
Support data gathering and content building for CRM and membership initiatives.
Event Support (50%)
Prepare event documentation, media lists, and promotional materials.
Assist with event logistics including set-up, registration, and pack-down.
Manage corporate table tracking and guest lists.
Coordinate roundtables.
Debtor management and following up outstanding registration payments.
Circulate weekly “What’s On” communications.
What You’ll Bring
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and high digital literacy.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for public policy and economic development.
Event management experience is advantageous.
