We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual who has strong organisational and project management skills to join our growing team. We are a Melbourne and Sydney based events & production agency looking for a person to join our Melbourne team.

A minimum of 8 years end-to-end event management experience is essential for this position.

The role requires someone who has strong people skills, who can work respectfully and cooperatively with clients and the team; however, can work autonomously to see a project through. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with scope change and can problem solve in a high-pressure environment.

Essential skills:

Coordinating, managing, and guiding the junior staff assigned to support your projects

Creating, managing, and meeting timelines across project plans and events

Stakeholder management

Conceptualising and creating pitch presentations and budgets

Managing and building Event Run Sheets and Schedules

Management and coordination of technical Run Sheets and with the ability to fully brief

Management and preparation of event content

Managing and maintaining budgets

Managing OH&S and Risk Assessment

Client and supplier relationship management

Leading the build of event websites, apps, and registration forms

Managing and coordinating various graphics files for the development of invitations, holding slides, event programs, menus, signage, etc

Managing and coordinating various video files between various agencies, client stakeholders, editors, Peanut production teams, etc

Management of events onsite with various client stakeholders, suppliers, and guests

Skills & experience:

Qualifications:

Degree in event management, marketing, business or project management

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years previous experience as an Event Manager

A minimum of 2 years in a Senior Event Manager role
