The Opportunity:
We’re searching for an experienced Sales Representative with a passion for architecture, technical products, and client success. This role suits someone who thrives on building long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects and designers, and is motivated by being part of major commercial and high-end residential projects across Sydney.
Our client is a leading supplier of premium architectural products, widely recognised across the industry for innovation, aesthetics, and compliance. Their range is featured in iconic developments nationally, and they’re continuing to grow their footprint in the NSW market.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of a well-established Sydney territory, managing a diverse client base that includes builders, contractors, fabricators, and A&D contacts. This is a relationship-first, solutions-based sales role with strong technical backing and a consultative approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing relationships with builders, developers, fabricators, architects and designers
Responding to incoming leads and proactively identifying new project opportunities
Conducting product presentations, site visits, and technical consultations
Providing guidance around product use, installation methods, and compliance as required
Working alongside estimating, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Tracking project progress and reporting via CRM
About You:
You’re already selling into the construction or architectural product space and have a proven track record of success. You understand how to build credibility on-site and in design studios alike, and you're confident talking both commercial outcomes and technical detail.
We’re looking for:
3+ years’ sales experience in building materials, construction, or architectural products
Existing client base or solid network across the Sydney construction or design industry
Strong communication and solution-based selling skills
Confidence with technical product discussions and compliance matters (training provided)
A polished, professional, and project-oriented approach to sales
