Contract Site Manager – New Build Fast Food Restaurant – Penrith

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build fast food chain restaurant in Penrith. This is a ground-up project kicking off in early August and will require a Site Manager with a strong background across civil works, structure, and internal finishes.

• Contract Site Manager position
• New build fast food chain restaurant – full ground-up construction
• Located in Penrith – Western Sydney
• Start date: Early August
• Day rate negotiable based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience running ground-up construction projects
• Strong background across civil works, structural components, and finishes
• Previous experience delivering new build restaurants or similar retail/quick service outlets highly regarded
• Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, site safety, and program
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5+ years Site Management experience
• Background in retail, hospitality, or restaurant new builds preferred
• Ability to hit the ground running and drive program from site establishment to handover
