Key Responsibilities:

Lead site teams: with a hands-on approach, ensuring high standards of work and compliance are consistently met.

Manage daily site operations: Including toolbox talks, safety briefings, and progress updates to the project team.

Collaborate with project managers: and builders to plan job milestones, track timelines, and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Mentor apprentices and junior electricians: Fostering a learning culture through practical, supportive guidance.

Handle procurement efficiently: Source, order and track electrical materials in line with job specs and delivery schedules.

Adhere to WHS requirements: Ensuring SWMS are followed, and site safety is never compromised.

Maintain clear documentation: with daily logs to assist with compliance, project tracking, and variations.

What You'll Need

Current NSW Electrical License

White Card (Construction Induction)

Proven commercial site experience

Strong understanding of WHS and safety systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Current Driver's License

WWCC

Additional tickets (EWP, Working at Heights) are a bonus
