The Roles
We are looking for a new Associate who will be responsible for:
Managing and delivering a range of State and regionally significant projects on time and on budget.
Acting as Project Lead to liaise with clients and maintain communication between staff and clients.
Developing fee proposals for new projects and managing internal workflows, invoices and reporting.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of our QA system and support business development, with a focus on targeted sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for an experienced planner, who meets the following criteria:
Has a planning degree which is accredited by PIA and more than 10 years experience in senior planning roles.
Hold or be working towards Registered Planner status with PIA.
Have a broad technical knowledge of the NSW planning legislation and processes, with skills in environmental impact assessment and urban development.
Possess project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage a project within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality goals.
Demonstrates excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills with proven team leadership capability.
