About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic procurement professional to join us in a pivotal role as Associate Director Procurement.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead DNSW’s procurement function and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of procurement outcomes across Destination NSW.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of strategic procurement policies, frameworks and systems.
Manage complex tenders, contracts and high value negotiations.
Provide expert procurement advice to executive leaders and stakeholders.
Drive value for money outcomes while ensuring compliance with NSW Government procurement policies.
Support innovative and efficient sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs.

About You
We’re after a collaborative and solutions focused leader with:
Demonstrated expertise in managing end to end procurement functions in a complex environment.
Strong contract management and risk mitigation skills.
High level stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
Eligibility for membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent.
A strong understanding of the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework is highly desirable.
