My client is a reputable and established Chartered Accounting firm who provides tax, accounting and advisory services to a range of businesses from SMEs to multinational businesses. They are seeking a Personal Assistant/Administrator to join their operations team.
As part of the role, you'll be required to provide high level secretarial support one Partner and also assist with the Operations team. Some responsibilities include:
Diary management including travel and meetings
Liaising with clients, directing calls and monitoring emails
ASIC compliance including processing annual statements, incorporating companies, trusts, SMSFs etc, minutes, ABN/TFN registrations, making changes to addresses, shares etc.
Lodgements or tax returns, BAS, IAS, FBT and SMSFs
Liaising with clients, ATO, ASIC and other institutions
Assist with billings and timesheet process, creating invoices and sending out to clients
Drafting correspondence including emails, document preparation and amendments
Establishing efficiencies in the workplace
Assist operations team with ad-hoc tasks
Other general admin tasks including filing, archiving, reimbursements, etc
Applicants
3 years experience or more in a PA and/or admin capacity - experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous i.e. accounting, law or financial planning firm, etc
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to take the lead and ownership of tasks
Ability to handle confidential documents and matters with high level of discretion and integrity
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
