The Opportunity:
A great opportunity exists for a capable and organised Project Administrator / Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, family-owned property development business based in Western Sydney. Known for their strong reputation in the industry, the team prides themselves on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
This role is suited to a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a similar position within the construction or property sector. You’ll work closely with a supportive Director, providing administrative and operational support across a range of development projects, while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including calendar and email management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist with project administration tasks, including managing compliance documentation, supporting tender processes, and preparing project reports
Maintain and organise documentation for contracts, legal agreements, and financial records
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met
Basic invoicing and bookkeeping duties
Support with general office administration and day-to-day business operations
About You:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or property
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to read and understand development or construction documentation
