About the Role
This is a dual-role position that blends high-level executive support with essential office administration. You’ll work closely with the Principal and wider team to ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes. The role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide daily executive assistance to the Principal, including calendar and inbox management
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and briefing materials
Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders on behalf of the Principal
Office Administration
Manage internal systems, documentation, and digital workflows
Social Media management
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors
Assist with onboarding and team communications
Maintain well-organised cloud-based files, records, and templates
Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar admin role. Experience in and around the law will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
Versed in Social Media and content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Loom)
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setting
One day a week, travel (Sydney OR Gold Coast) for content creation
