About the Company

Our client is a boutique marketing agency specialising in strategic branding, digital communications, tender management, and event promotion, servicing top-tier Australian and international infrastructure clients.

With over 20 years of success, the team is passionate about crafting impactful, city-shaping projects through innovative and meaningful marketing solutions.

They are currently seeking a talented and highly organised PA&Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support an inspirational CEO in a dynamic, creative environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

As the PA and Office Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring their time and energy are focused on strategic priorities.

You’ll also keep the office running smoothly and help create a positive, professional environment for the team and clients alike.

Location: Caringbah – 100% Onsite

Hours: Part-time – Approx. 30 hours/week across 5 days

Employment Status: Permanent

Start: ASAP (or open to 4-week notice if needed)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel and inbox

Prepare agendas, documents, and track meeting action items

Act as a liaison with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

Coordinate domestic and international travel

Ensure the office remains well-maintained and fully stocked

Support company events, workshops, and staff functions

Assist with HR processes including onboarding/offboarding and employee records

Provide general administrative and operational support

Essential Criteria:

5+ years’ experience in a PA/EA or similar role, supporting senior executives

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using platforms such as MYOB, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Adobe

Proactive, discreet, and adaptable – someone who anticipates needs before they arise

A professional presence and a positive, can-do attitude
