As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our services, strengthen sector partnerships, and support more participants in need.

🔹 Position: Business Development Manager – NDIS Services

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working with purpose in the NDIS space.

You will be responsible for developing referral pathways, expanding our participant base, and driving strategic growth initiatives across Adelaide and beyond. You'll work closely with our intake, marketing, and operations teams, and be the face of EasAbility Care to external stakeholders.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage referral relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and other key stakeholders

Represent EasAbility Care at industry expos, community forums, networking events, and provider meetings

Identify service gaps and provide insights into emerging opportunities for new services and locations

Drive brand awareness through outreach, sector engagement, and collaboration with marketing

Support participant onboarding by working closely with the intake and operational teams

Track and report on growth KPIs and stakeholder engagement metrics

🎯 You’ll Bring:

3+ years’ experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or intake within the NDIS or disability sector

A strong existing network of sector contacts (Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers) – SA based network preferred

Proven track record in building and maintaining referral pipelines

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

A passion for the NDIS sector and a genuine desire to make a difference

Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
