The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding our brand reach. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and growing new revenue channels including trade accounts (mechanics, fleets, and performance workshops), corporate clients, and regional partners.

Leading targeted sales initiatives to promote our tyre, mechanical, and rim services across all segments.

Strengthening local partnerships including motorsport clubs, workshops, car enthusiast communities, and wholesalers.

Aligning with the workshop team to market specialist services like TPMS, run-flat fitment, 4-wheel alignment, and CNC rim repairs.

Tracking industry trends and helping shape our product, parts, and promotional strategy in response to seasonal and market demands.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, ideally in the automotive or related industries.

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build lasting partnerships.

A passion for cars, tyres, rims, and high-performance upgrades.

Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites and to industry events.
