About the Role

Carers Australia has an opportunity for an experienced and energetic Program Coordinator to join our team on a fulltime basis.

Reporting to the National Director Programs, you will be responsible for the following:

oversee the day to day running of Carers Australia’s programs, including planning, monitoring, scheduling activities and reporting

adhere to and report against project frameworks

set priorities, monitor key project milestones and manage program activities

provide secretariat support for program committees

identify the requirements needed to facilitate the ongoing development and refinement of the program

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

Demonstrated relevant experience in program or project administration or management, design and delivery of programs

Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly gain an understanding of, the issues relating to Carers

Demonstrated effective stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated high level capability to work with accuracy, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines within required timeframes

Demonstrated ability to understand the importance of and manage data through a CRM database (e.g. Salesforce)

You will be rewarded with an attractive salary of $82,500 plus superannuation, plus salary packaging.
