Project Coordinator – Full Time (Canberra, ACT)

C&C Painting Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our operations team. This full‑time role is based in Canberra and works closely with our General Manager, Operations Manager and Management Team.

About the Role
You will play a key part in the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish. This includes pre‑project preparation, active project coordination, and post‑completion follow‑ups. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our training and compliance register to ensure staff and subcontractors are always compliant and ready to deliver.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue project documentation including colour selections and job details. Schedule projects and coordinate additional trades as required. Manage and maintain compliance documentation (SWMS, MSDS, etc.). Coordinate client and staff inductions where required. Support scheduling boards, communicate updates, and assist project delivery. Oversee O&M manuals, warranty records and follow‑up activities post‑completion.

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in project administration, construction management or similar (highly regarded). Demonstrated experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within construction, painting or related industries. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
