Signage & Display Installation – Project Coordination

Flash Co is a family-owned signage and display installation business that has been installing signs and bespoke displays for customers in Australia and New Zealand for over 18 years.

Day to day the business is operated by a small work from home team including the business owner, and due to an increase in workload we are looking for a Dynamic Project Co-ordinator to assist with liaising with clients and installation teams whilst co-ordinating projects.

If you have experience in administration management or project co-ordination, are self-motivated and have excellent organisation and communication skills this could be the role for you. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, enjoy working at a fast pace and work well under pressure. Previous experience in the print or signage industry would be a benefit but not essential.

Mostly you will operate the role from home and check in periodically with the business owner. The role does require some flexibility in working hours due to the time of day that projects are completed. Many projects are completed early in the morning and some late at night and on weekends requiring you to be available for calls should on-site teams need you. In return there will be some flexibility with working hours in quieter periods.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the installation schedule

Liaise directly with customers, contractors and trades people

Generate orders and briefing work to contractors

Answer customer calls and emails

Ensure jobs have been completed as per the clients instructions

Organise necessary requirements for site (SWMS, Inductions Etc)

Mechanically minded

Ability to multitask, prioritise & meet deadlines

Ability to identify issues and solve problems

Signage or large format printing experience an advantage

Remuneration:

A competitive rate of pay will be offered based upon experience.
